Missioun a Beschreiwung

History.UL aims to:

  • The main goal of our association is to share our passion for history not only with history students but with everyone interested in this field
  • Foster friendship and solidarity among students.
  • Promote relations between students and the Department of History of the University of Luxembourg, as well as related institutes.
  • Serve as a point of reference for new and future students of the Department of History at the University of Luxembourg. History.UL organises events to achieve these goals.
  • Share the passion for history across the various departments of the University, going beyond the boundaries of the history program through events, outings, and activities.
  • Share and preserve Luxembourg’s historical heritage.

Aktivitéiten

We share our passion for history through various activities.

We organise quiz nights at the Belval Campus and meet-ups to discuss classes and history-related topics, or simply to celebrate the end of the year. Examples of these events include get-togethers at the Christmas Market.

We also want to organise guided tours of several cultural heritage sites in Luxembourg.
